Refund Policy
As much as we would love to have you join us, we understand things can change! If you can no longer attend, but a colleague can, please let us know & we can complete a registration transfer to their name. If no one else can attend in your place, the refund schedule is:
- Before December 15th: 100% back
- December 15th – January 14th: 75% back
- January 15th – March 14th: 50% back
- After March 15th: 0% back
